Job summary

FormativGroup, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Presales Solution Engineer focused on Financial Services. You will partner with sales, industry SMEs, and delivery leaders to shape Salesforce transformation opportunities across Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, and Banking.

You will balance business value with implementable, scalable Salesforce solutions. The role emphasizes deep Salesforce expertise, consultative engagement, and executive-level presentations, with remote work and potential

Qualifications

7+ years in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable client-facing role in financial services.
Proven success supporting complex Salesforce transformation initiatives within Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, or related segments.
Salesforce certifications required; Financial Services Cloud, AI, and Data Cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
Lead discovery sessions to understand current-state processes and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with Industry SMEs to translate priorities into Salesforce solution approaches.
Analyze processes and recommend scalable solution designs with clear tradeoffs.
Design solution approaches leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related capabilities.
Develop demonstrations and executive presentations tailored to client scenarios.
Lead technical portions of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations.
Work with Delivery leaders to ensure practical, implementable solutions.
