Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Experience delivering external-facing portals with Experience Cloud.
Strong LWC development and Flow automation skills.
Active Apex development with unit testing and deployment readiness.
Ability to evaluate out-of-the-box features vs. custom solutions.
Clear, concise communication with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance an external-facing Experience Cloud portal using Lightning Web Components.
Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows to implement business processes declaratively.
Implement Apex when needed with emphasis on testability and long-term support.
Evaluate online capabilities versus custom solutions and recommend approaches.
Translate requirements into designs and working software with awareness of impacts.
Drive technical execution with minimal supervision and deliver quality outcomes.
Communicate options and tradeoffs to stakeholders and resolve issues across Experience Cloud, LWC, Flow, and Apex.
