Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in people or program management, or advanced degree with 5+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead field support, customer issue resolution, order support, and inventory coordination.
• Own the process for setting annual operating plan (AOP) inventory targets with cross-functional leaders.
• Manage and develop the team responsible for daily commercial operations support.
• Coordinate issues across Customer Care, Supply Chain, field leadership, Finance and IT.
• Partner with Commercial Execution to prepare for account and field needs.
• Provide operating insights to Commercial Strategy and Governance; support pricing and contracts.
