Chris Baily is seeking a seasoned Risk Control professional to lead loss control strategy for large commercial accounts across the U.S. This role offers remote work with substantial underwriting exposure and autonomy in managing complex risks.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in risk control or industrial risk management, strong construction casualty experience, and expertise in GL, WC, Auto and Product Liability. Certifications such as CPCU/ARM/CRM/CSP/CFPS/CIH are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk control, insurance, or industrial risk management.
• Strong construction casualty experience required; carrier or broker background preferred.
• Knowledge of GL, WC, Auto, and Product Liability; CPCU/ARM/CRM/CSP/CFPS/CIH a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead loss control strategy and service delivery across assigned accounts.
• Assess post-bind risk needs and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor loss trends and support retention and profitability goals.
• Coordinate internal and external risk resources and vendors.
• Support underwriting on GL, WC, Auto, and Product Liability exposures.
• Participate in pre-sale discussions for complex accounts.
• Conduct occasional field-based risk evaluations.
