Job summary

EXL Risk Control seeks an experienced risk control professional to schedule on-site surveys and deliver risk evaluation reports to insurance clients. You will manage assignments, secure appointments, and complete tasks on time while traveling to local commercial sites.

Candidates should have 10+ years in risk control consulting, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency. A BS degree in engineering, safety or physical sciences is preferred, CSP/ARM a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk evaluation and risk improvement reports to insurance industry clients.
• Prepare risk improvement recommendations to support underwriting decisions.
• Manage assignments, secure local customer appointments, and complete work on time.
• Travel to local commercial operations as needed (retail, restaurants, hotels, etc.).
