Job summary

EXL Risk Control is seeking experienced consultants to perform on-site risk assessments for commercial lines clients. You will schedule surveys, deliver risk evaluations and improvement reports, and support underwriting with practical insights.

Travel to local business operations is required. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in risk control consulting with a major carrier or broker, excellent communication, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Risk Control Consulting with a major insurance carrier or national broker.
• Experience in commercial Property & Casualty Risk Control, inspections, or fire and safety assessments preferred.
• Strong communication, computer proficiency, and ability to meet client quality and timeliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk evaluation and improvement reports.
• Manage assignments and secure local client appointments; complete work on time.
• Travel to local commercial operations to assess risk for various lines of business.
