HealthEdge is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A – Risk Adjustment to lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Risk Adjustment P&L. You will mentor FP&A Analysts, partner with Risk Adjustment leadership, and drive scalable processes and analytics to enhance decision support.

You will own monthly forecasts, long-range plans, KPI tracking, and executive-ready analyses, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate FP&A or related roles.
• Experience leading analysts and teams.
• Risk adjustment experience in healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A function supporting the Risk Adjustment organization and act as the primary financial partner for Risk Adjustment leaders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, including workload prioritization and career development.
• Own monthly revenue and expense forecasts for Risk Adjustment P&L with accuracy and timeliness.
• Direct build, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models for forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Oversee monthly/ YTD management reporting packages, KPI tracking, and variance analysis.
