Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to build pacing trackers and forecast capacity across multiple projects. You will partner with Finance on headcount planning and downtime, delivering dashboards for leadership visibility on vendor performance.

Strong Excel and BI tool skills are required along with expertise in forecasting models. This remote role supports cross-functional teams and drives data-driven capacity decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in project analytics or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and modeling.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience building forecasting and capacity planning models.
• Experience partnering with Finance/FP&A on headcount and capacity modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pacing trackers to monitor project progress by vendor.
• Develop multi-platform forecasting models for project volume and staffing.
• Collaborate with Finance on capacity planning and headcount requirements.
• Design dashboards and reports giving leadership real-time visibility into projects and vendor performance.
• Identify trends and risks in vendor performance and propose corrective actions.
• Support scenario planning for staffing and capacity decisions.
• Present pacing and capacity findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain forecasting methodologies, data sources, and audit trails.
