Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a Senior RF Hardware Engineer to join their team in a remote role based in the United States. The position focuses on designing GNSS/GPS receivers, antennas, and RF front-end solutions, supporting product development from concept through production.

You will lead RF transceiver design including PAs, LNAs, filters, mixers, synthesizers, and VCOs, while evaluating sensitivity and positioning accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multi-constellation GNSS receivers (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou).
• Proficiency in RF front-end architectures (LNAs, filters, matching networks, RF switches, timing circuits).
• Hands-on RF simulations/measurements with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, validate, and support GNSS/GPS receiver, antenna, and RF front-end solutions lifecycle.
• Lead product development from concept through production with cross-functional teams.
• Support RF transceiver design including PAs, LNAs, filters, mixers, synthesizers, VCOs.
• Evaluate and optimize sensitivity, tracking performance, positioning accuracy, and interference immunity.
• Assist manufacturing transfer and resolve production or field issues, providing technical guidance.
