- Lead special projects involving multi-system data integrations (billing, cost accounting, GL)
- Translate complex analytics into clear presentations for senior management
- Support enterprise-level decision-making with high-impact analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years in managed healthcare or insurance operations with revenue cycle experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Epic Clarity Certification is required
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Business Objects (Crystal Reports), and data modeling tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in GL systems and cost accounting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights for executive audiences
- Strong grasp of Epic Clarity Data Models and OLAP technologies
- Deep knowledge of both hospital and professional billing (HB & PB) revenue cycle workflows
