Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 7+ years in reliability or maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and asset management knowledge.
• Strong understanding of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA.

Responsibilities

• Execute reliability assessments across manufacturing sites and DCs.
• Lead PM optimization and condition monitoring deployments.
• Coordinate Tribo program activities and lubrication improvements.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Manage site engagements and multiple concurrent improvement workstreams.
• Develop and report reliability KPI metrics and asset data quality.
