Epic Games is a leading interactive entertainment company seeking a seasoned regulatory attorney to join our Legal team in California.

You will advise senior management, lead global regulatory compliance programs, and collaborate with Product Counsel and Public Policy to shape our regulatory strategy across the US and beyond.

This role supports responsible innovation in online services and consumer products with a strong focus on enforcement actions.

Competenze

• A qualified attorney with at least 8 years of experience working in regulatory compliance, either within a regulatory body, in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience handling regulatory enforcement actions brought by regulatory bodies.
• Prior work and/or substantial knowledge of the tech industry; A good working knowledge of tech or videogames is an advantage

Mansioni

• Advise Epic senior management, Product Counsel, the Compliance Team and Legal leadership on key global laws and regulations, including online safety frameworks
• Lead multi-stakeholder regulatory compliance strategies
• Provide legal analysis of legislative and regulatory drafts to the Public Policy team
• Support advocacy and engagement with regulators and trade associations
• Respond to global regulatory inquiries and investigations
