Job summary

Epic Games is seeking an experienced communications professional to join our corporate communications and international team. You will create and execute communications plans around high-stakes policy, legal, and regulatory developments that impact Epic and the video game industry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners globally to shape public narratives, manage rapid-response situations, and build understanding of Epic’s approach to online safety and product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or public relations, with policy and regulatory experience.
• Experience driving advocacy strategies on complex public policy issues.
• Experience coordinating with global agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent writing and media relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create proactive and reactive comms plans on policy and regulatory matters.
• Partner with public policy to run global campaigns for product safety and industry understanding.
• Collaborate with Trust and Safety on storytelling around Epic’s safety features.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for storytelling in Latin America and Canada.
• Educate external stakeholders and maintain journalist relationships globally.
• Manage rapid response efforts with internal partners in fast-paced environments.
