Job summary

Epic Games seeks a seasoned Regulatory Counsel to advise senior management on global laws and online safety frameworks, collaborating with Product Counsel, the Compliance Team, and Public Policy.

In this role you will lead multi-stakeholder regulatory compliance strategies, review legislative drafts, and support advocacy with regulators and trade associations.

This remote role spans multiple U.S. locations (NYC, CA, WA) with competitive base pay and Epic’s comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Attorney with at least 8 years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience handling regulatory enforcement actions.
• Knowledge of the tech or videogames industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment and make sound judgments.
• Proactive, independent, reliable under tight timeframes.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Epic senior management on global laws and regulations, including online safety frameworks
• Lead multi-stakeholder regulatory compliance strategies
• Provide legal analysis of legislative and regulatory drafts to the Public Policy team
• Support advocacy and engagement with regulators and trade associations
• Respond to global regulatory inquiries and investigations
