• Outstanding written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex regulations clearly.

• Provide expert legal advice on financial services regulations and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on the business.
• Conduct internal investigations and audits for compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as FSCA and others.
• Advise on risk management strategies related to regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training on compliance matters to business units.
• Review marketing materials and customer communications for compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting and submissions.
• Support legal risk management and dispute resolution in regulatory matters.
