This role focuses on managing senior client relationships and addressing complex regulatory matters across Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, and Securities Exchange Act, with guidance from senior team members. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of securities laws and multijurisdictional regulation.
• Experience with private fund structures including private equity and hedge funds.
• Ability to translate regulatory rules into practical actions and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior client relationships and lead regulatory projects.
• Oversee mock exams, risk assessments, registrations and filings.
• Supervise junior staff in compliance functions and reviews.
