Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment in a regulated supply chain environment.
• 2+ years of executive-level supply chain recruitment in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience partnering with VP-level hiring managers.
• EST or CST location highly preferred.
• 5+ years of client-facing recruitment interactions.
• 5+ years of competency/behavioral interviewing.
• 5+ years of ATS experience.
• 5+ years of sourcing via market mapping, Boolean searches.

• Manage client relationships with timely, professional communication.
