Job summary

Tarkett is seeking a Senior Category Manager – Real Estate & Facilities Services to shape and drive the category strategy across its North American portfolio, including offices, showrooms, and owned sites.

You will manage a third-party provider for lease administration, project management, facilities management, and utilities, aligning real estate, facilities, and utilities priorities with business needs and growth plans. This is a remote role with collaboration across functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Finance, Engineering or related fields.
• 5-7 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong communicator with executive presence; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing third-party service providers or outsourced vendors.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple sites/projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the real estate and facilities management category strategy for Tarkett's NA portfolio.
• Oversee the outsourced provider for lease administration, project management, and facilities management.
• Own the utilities management category, including sourcing strategy and cost oversight.
• Manage the provider relationship to meet SLAs, KPIs and cost targets.
• Partner with plant leadership, finance, and workplace stakeholders on strategy alignment.
• Provide oversight of lease administration like renewals and portfolio optimization.
• Lead capital and facilities projects delivered via the provider, on time and budget.
• Develop category KPIs and supplier scorecards for performance.
