Medtronic is seeking a Senior Radiology Clinical Specialist to provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support for O-Arm Imaging and navigation products. The role covers the West Coast with travel of 70-75%, and requires a Bachelor’s degree, ARRT certification, and 4+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years with an advanced degree.

You will educate hospital personnel, collaborate with CST teams, and drive equipment utilization while adhering to MDT policies on travel and expenses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Current RT Certification (ARRT) required.

Aufgaben

• Set up, support, and conduct O-Arm imaging evaluations and on-site installations with surgeons and customers.
• Troubleshoot system hardware and software to maximize performance.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure calibration.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers and update databases with product details.
• Attend customer meetings and events to provide technical support.
• Educate and train hospital personnel and act as a technical resource for surgeons and clinicians.
