Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer – Data Analytics to transform complaint and quality system data into actionable insights that drive product quality and regulatory compliance. You will deliver BI dashboards, support CAPA, and partner across Quality, Regulatory, and Operations in a fully remote role within the United States.

Applicants will have 5+ years in engineering or data science fields, with BI tooling experience and knowledge of CFR/ISO quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Quality, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience developing and maintaining BI and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Minitab, JMP, R, or Python.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820, CAPA, complaint handling, risk management, and QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and automate complaint analytics dashboards, reports, and trend analyses to monitor quality performance.
Ensure integrity, accuracy, and governance of complaint and quality system data and reporting processes.
Provide data‑driven support for investigations, root cause analysis, risk management, and CAPA evaluations.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and cross‑functional teams to identify trends and drive improvements.
Support regulatory compliance, audits, and inspections through accurate reporting and documentation.
