Clarivate Analytics US LLC is hiring a Senior QA Patent Analyst to join the Intellectual Property team. You will review medical device and/or mechanical engineering patent cases from USPTO and ensure daily quality control of all deliverables through PCT case reviews.

You will operate in a remote, US-based role with a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year plus a productivity bonus of $30,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k match, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Manufacturing or Aerospace) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Patent Analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years of successful, full-time PCT examination experience.
• Must pass USPTO Background check.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• U.S. citizen or work eligible legal resident who has resided in the U.S. for the last two years.

Aufgaben

• Ensures daily quality control of all outgoing deliverables to the USPTO through consistent review of PCT cases.
• Maintains an AQL-based performance monitoring system for ready assessment of all personnel within their technical area.
• Works to ensure that performance issues are carefully managed to maintain compliance.
• Communicates quality control needs such as revisions directly to PCT production managers and personnel.
