Clarivate Analytics US LLC is hiring a Senior QA Patent Analyst to join our Intellectual Property team. The role involves reviewing medical device and mechanical engineering patent cases from the USPTO and ensuring daily quality control of all outgoing deliverables through consistent review of PCT cases.

You will be part of a US-based remote team, reporting to the Senior Manager of PCT Patent Analysis, with a compensation package including base salary and productivity bonus, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Patent Analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years of full-time PCT examination experience.
• Must pass USPTO background check.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work legally in the U.S. and have resided in the U.S. for the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily quality control of all outgoing deliverables to the USPTO through review of PCT cases.
• Maintain an AQL-based performance monitoring system for assessing personnel in the technical area.
• Work to ensure performance issues are managed to maintain compliance.
• Communicate quality-control needs to PCT production managers and personnel.
