Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Senior QA Patent Analyst to join the Intellectual Property team. You will review medical device and mechanical engineering patent cases from the USPTO and ensure daily quality control of all outgoing deliverables through consistent review of PCT cases.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 5+ years as a Patent Analyst, and 2+ years of PCT examination experience. Remote work is available for US-based candidates with eligibility for a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Manufacturing or Aerospace) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Patent Analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years of PCT examination experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily quality control of all outgoing deliverables to the USPTO through review of PCT cases.
• Maintain an AQL-based performance monitoring system for personnel within their technical area.
• Address performance issues to maintain compliance.
• Communicate quality control needs to PCT production managers and personnel.
