Qualifications

• 10+ years leading testing for Facets Claims Processing apps.
• Healthcare Payer domain knowledge and claims adjudication.
• Hands-on Parallel Testing, claims validation, defect management.
• Understanding of healthcare benefits, billing, and dental claims.
• Advanced SQL skills for backend testing and data reconciliation.
• Experience with test planning, execution, reporting and governance.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and project deliveries.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Facets Claims and Parallel Testing initiatives across healthcare payer projects.
• Define test strategies, test plans, execution approaches, and quality governance processes.
• Manage testing teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and delivery oversight.
• Oversee claims adjudication validation, billing validation, defect management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients, business SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project status, risks, quality metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvements and support UAT, release, and production validation activities.
