Complete Staffing is seeking a Senior QA Analyst / QA Engineer for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years testing complex web apps and will collaborate with product owners, civil engineers, and developers to ensure software quality across North America.

Qualifications

Five or more years in software QA with web app testing.
Strong QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
Ability to write thorough test cases from ambiguous requirements.
SQL for data setup and verification.
Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking.
Excellent communication to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

Write, maintain, and execute test plans and cases for functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and mobile-responsive testing.
Perform exploratory testing to surface issues that scripted cases miss.
Log clear, reproducible defects with steps and environment details.
Investigate issues to root cause and triage severity with engineering and product.
Verify fixes and run regression passes before release sign-off.
