Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an embedded senior QA engineer to lead QA strategy across multiple squads. You will own automation, testing practices, and Definition of Done standards while working hands-on within a squad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software QA experience including at least 2 years in a Lead QA role.
• Strong automation engineering skills and the ability to write production-quality test code.
• Deep experience with API testing including REST, contract testing, and integration testing.
• Proven experience defining and maintaining QA standards within Agile teams.
• Experience as an embedded QA contributor throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Work as an embedded senior QA engineer within one squad and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Define acceptance criteria with Product Owners before each sprint.
• Design, write, maintain, and improve automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Own the squad’s Definition of Done quality gate for releases.
• Define and maintain QA standards across the engineering function.
