Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives for policy, claims, and billing applications. You will design, build, and scale automation frameworks for web-based and cloud platforms while working with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on QA automation experience.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Experience developing test automation solutions, internal tools, and automation utilities.
• Strong experience testing web-based and cloud-based applications.
• Programming experience in Java.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience with Selenium and browser-based test automation.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions, internal tools, and quality engineering best practices.
• Support large-scale business transformation initiatives through automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
