Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to design, build, and evolve Contineos enterprise-grade messaging and workflow platform used by leading private banks and wealth management institutions globally. This hands-on role requires ownership, collaboration with product and DevOps, and strong Python expertise with Django, FastAPI, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional Python development experience.
Experience with Django, FastAPI, and related tooling.
Microservices, HTTP integrations and Kubernetes deployments.
Relational databases and JSON-based schemas.
Agile SDLC, testing frameworks, and production-grade delivery.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop Python-based backend services following Contineo engineering standards and best practices.
Take ownership of key platform components including lifecycle event management, booking modules, and analytics/reporting services.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work in an agile, DevOps-driven environment with CI/CD and cloud-native deployments.
Ensure high-quality delivery through testing and code reviews.
Develop a strong understanding of the platform's financial workflows.
