Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, or related financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience applying accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting in a public or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, developing and coordinating the PTM indirect budget and all system and project budgets.
• Coordinate audits of budgets and assist with biennial budget preparations.
• Lead financial forecasting and assessments for PTM.
