Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in technical/engineering roles with property experience.
- Proficient in NFPA codes/standards or equivalent.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally (car travel).
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site property risk engineering site inspections for existing and limited prospective policyholders.
- Generate technical risk reports identifying exposures and recommending controls.
- Collaborate with Risk Analysts to resolve deficiencies.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with internal/external teams on complex risks.
