Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking a Sr. Manager, Projects to lead nationwide warehouse and eCommerce initiatives. You will partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to translate business needs into scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities include designing layouts, capacity plans, ROI analyses, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance across sites, with up to 50% travel. Remote work option supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading technical, construction, and operational initiatives.
• 2+ years in distribution, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment center, or construction environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is required for candidates.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and distribution center processes.
• Experience with site selection, permitting, zoning approvals, and startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical, operational, and construction-related projects across nationwide network.
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and present warehouse and fulfillment center solutions, including layouts, workflows, capacity plans, implementation strategies, and operational recommendations.
• Design, evaluate, integrate, test, and implement solutions that meet business objectives while ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Create analytical models, financial justifications, pricing estimates, and ROI analyses to support new opportunities and capital investments.
• Identify and implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and automation opportunities that enhance productivity and service levels.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives, timelines, and business goals.
• Recommend and optimize storage, slotting, and material handling strategies to maximize throughput and capacity utilization.
• Support site implementations, project rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety standards; report non-compliance when observed.
