Job summary

Vertech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial automation projects for data center environments. This remote role will drive digital transformation across manufacturing and plant operations, coordinating with controls engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-visibility projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, risks, and quality in fast-paced settings, focusing on PLC, SCADA/HMI, and panel fabrication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial automation and controls.
• Experience managing PLC programming, SCADA/HMI platforms, and panel fabrication.
• Strong communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage changing or incomplete requirements and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Lead multiple automation projects with aggressive schedules.
• Deliver SCADA/HMI, PLC controls, and field I/O systems.
• Coordinate with controls engineers and designers to align solutions.
• Manage client relationships and project meetings.
