Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in an engineering role with capital projects.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
• Experience with project execution and financial governance.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical authority for plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high‑level solutions.
• Lead critical decision‑making with data analysis and risk work.
• Ensure projects have defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop business cases for large-scale capital projects.
• Manage portfolio to prevent delays and overruns.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering teams.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through project lifecycle.
• Influence stakeholders up to executive level.
• Monitor workload and plan external support as needed.
• Mentor and develop the project engineering network.
