Job summary

BriteCore is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of our cloud-based core platform for P&C insurers. You will partner with Implementation Analysts, product owners, engineering, QA, and clients to drive milestones and ensure successful deployments.

You will balance multiple high-impact projects, maintain detailed plans, and proactively manage risks while fostering collaboration with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 8+ years leading SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record managing complex P&C or insurance-specific deployments.
• Strong relationships with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management platforms and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the platform within accelerated timelines.
• Serve as primary contact with major customers, managing expectations and scope.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and timelines while maintaining quality.
• Provide regular progress updates to executives and customers.
• Manage team resources across projects and schedule future work.
• Facilitate meetings with clear decisions and action items.
• Identify and mitigate risks with documented contingency plans.
• Occasional domestic travel up to 20%.
