BriteCore in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Configuration Analyst to drive transformation of our cloud-based platform for Property & Casualty insurers. You will lead high-impact SaaS implementations, partner with senior project managers, and translate policy materials into precise software configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
• 3+ years experience working on large scale technical implementation projects at a major consulting firm.
• 2+ years of experience working in the P&C space.
• 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup.
• 2+ years of professional experience coding in SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Serve as technical partner in implementing BriteCore’s platform with PMs to deliver high-impact projects.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as their technical expert.
• Translate insurance materials into effective software configurations that transform operations.
• Analyze customer data to identify risks and resolve challenges early.

Summary

Drive the transformation of how technology powers the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry. As a Senior Business Configuration Analyst, you will lead the charge in delivering our advanced, cloud-based platform to customers, shaping solutions that modernize and elevate their operations. In this role, you will collaborate with senior project managers, tackle complex technical challenges, and influence the evolution of our platform. If you have the expertise to lead high-stakes implementations and the vision to create real impact in the P&C industry, we’d like to chat with you.

This is a fully remote based role, however candidates must be located in the US.

What you’ll do

• Play a critical role as the technical partner in implementing BriteCore’s platform, working with senior project managers to deliver successful outcomes on high-impact projects within 4 to 9 months
• Build trusted relationships with customers, serving as their technical expert and ensuring their goals are met
• Collaborate with senior project managers to refine strategies, streamline processes, and achieve outstanding results
• Translate insurance materials, such as policy manuals and underwriting guidelines, into effective software configurations that transform operations
• Analyze customer data to identify risks and resolve challenges early, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success
• Configure tailored insurance solutions on BriteCore’s platform using advanced tools and basic Python scripting
• Train customers to unlock the full potential of the platform and empower their teams to excel
• Communicate proactively and transparently, mitigating challenges and consistently exceeding expectations
• Up to 20% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
• 6+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects
• 3+ years experience working on large scale technical implementation projects at a major consulting firm
• 2+ years of experience working in the P&C space
• 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup
• 2+ years of professional experience coding in SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 1+ year of professional experience coding in Python
• Experience interpreting P&C insurance manuals
• Experience creating a P&C rating structure
