CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support U.S. construction programs. You will develop schedules, manage costs, and implement Earned Value Management across a portfolio of projects with a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes compliance with internal procedures and federal regulations while providing financial analyses and client reporting. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in project controls or project management.
• Experience with schedule and cost baselines and earned value reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain moderately to highly complex schedule and cost baselines.
• Collect and analyze monthly schedule and cost data to identify variances.
• Support risk reserves integration, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on financial controls, procedures and forecasting methods.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project controls improvements.
