Job summary

You will produce standardized reports for stakeholders, implement financial controls, and collaborate with project teams across levels of management while adhering to safety protocols. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience in project controls and construction.
• Experience with cost and schedule baselines and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts and validate costs.
• Prepare earned value reports and discuss findings with project managers.
• Contribute to risk assessment and contingency planning for programs.
• Monitor schedule progress and productivity; communicate variances and trends.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure documentation compliance.
