Job summary

AttainX Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DISCOVER II task order for TSA's Security Technology Integrated Program (STIP). You will direct multidisciplinary teams across enhancements, O&M, and transition services, interfacing with the COR, TSA IT stakeholders, and PMO.

The role requires extensive federal program leadership, agile delivery, and strong risk and staffing management. The position is contingent on contract award and funding, with a competitive compensation package and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent combo considered.
10+ years managing complex IT programs with scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams delivering software, O&M, and cybersecurity.
Federal program or task-order leadership with senior government stakeholders.
Experience guiding Agile delivery within SELC or similar framework.
Experience budgeting, staffing, subcontractors, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Serve as single point of accountability for the DISCOVER II task order and liaison with COR, TSA IT, and STIP PMO.
Lead multiple Agile teams to deliver enhancement, maintenance, and transition services.
Develop and implement program plans, risk management, quality assurance, and staffing plans.
Ensure timely contract deliverables, metrics, and status reporting to government and stakeholders.
Oversee budget, schedule, funding, and resource allocation; manage transitions in/out.
