Job summary

AttainX Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the DISCOVER II task order under TSA's STIP, serving as the single point of accountability for the program.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams across Enhancement Services, O&M, and Transition Services, coordinating with the COR and TSA stakeholders. The role requires a strong track record in federal program management, Agile delivery, and executive communication, with the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and risk in a complex security-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Program Management, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex IT programs.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams supporting mission-critical systems.
• Experience interfacing with senior Government, contracting, program and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing Agile delivery within SELC or comparable governance.
• Experience managing plans, budgets, staffing, risks, and customer performance.
• Excellent leadership, judgment, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to satisfy TSA/DHS suitability, security, credentialing, and access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's single point of accountability and liaison with Government stakeholders.
• Direct all task-order activities across Enhancement Services, O&M, Mission Support, and Transition Services.
• Develop and implement contract-required plans for management, risk, quality, and staffing.
• Lead multiple Agile teams coordinating software enhancement, maintenance, testing, cybersecurity, and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with STIP strategy, roadmaps, and design reviews.
• Own Staffing Plan and Risk Register, realign resources for changing workloads and risks.
• Chair monthly reviews and present contract status to Government as requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of status reports, metrics, and deliverables.
