Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related work experience, or HS/GED with 8 years.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, backlog management, and agile ceremonies.
• Experience in the utility industry and Duke Energy familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and manages product roadmap.
• Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint ceremonies.
• Develop detailed specifications, user stories and product documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features.
• Communicate roadmap stages and timelines to stakeholders.
