Duke Energy seeks a senior product and technology leader to drive strategy, delivery, and operational excellence across Customer Financial Services systems. You will oversee Credit & Collections, FI-CA, Payments, Refunds, Tax, PIPP, PrePay, and Lighting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure stable operations and strategic progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years related work experience in product/technology leadership.
• In lieu of a degree, high school/GED with 12+ years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Accounts Receivable and Customer Financial Services.
• Oversee Credit & Collections, FI-CA, Payments, Refunds, Tax, PIPP, PrePay, and Lighting solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage backlogs, incidents, and operations.
• Ensure production stability, SLAs, and regulatory support.
• Provide executive-level status reports and governance.
