Job summary

Rise Vision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to partner with the Head of Product to expand our SaaS offering. This fully remote role is open to candidates in the US and Canada.

You will define and write PRDs using Basecamp’s Shape Up process, analyze usage data, gather user feedback, and monitor competitors. Work with Engineering, UX, Support, CS, Sales and Marketing to build features, train teams, validate releases, and perform firmware testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Product Manager.
• 2+ years in SAAS Product Management.
• PM, not PO.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or Business Management.
• High attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
• Strong oral and communication skills; ability to present online.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions and measure impact.
• Analytical with a demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, pitch, feature requirement).
• Analyzing and review usage data to identify improvements.
• Collecting user feedback through user interviews and market research.
• Reviewing competitor products and features.
• Collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features.
• Collaborating with Support, CS, Sales and Marketing on technical requests for new customers.
• Collecting product feedback from all customer facing teams.
• Trains and promote the new features internally.
• Validating features post release.
• Completing Firmware testing.
