Job summary

IDEX Health & Science LLC., a Unit of IDEX Corporation, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager – Nanoparticles to lead global product strategy and lifecycle for the Microfluidics portfolio. The role drives market relevance and profitability through VOC, cross-functional collaboration, and compelling product messaging.

You will manage the product lifecycle, partner with marketing, and engage customers through demonstrations and travel up to 30% to support sales worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, or related discipline.
• 2+ years experience with LNP-type equipment in pharma manufacturing.
• 3+ years Product Management experience in LNP equipment or similar.
• Experience crafting strategic direction and tactical marketing campaigns in B2B space.
• Experience in matrixed global organizations; up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide product management from concept through commercialization to obsolescence to support sales and margins globally.
• Evaluate products and applications to position and differentiate offerings.
• Incorporate technical trends and VOC into internal strategies and messaging.
• Develop VOC processes to validate new product performance and value requirements.
• Develop value-based propositions with marketing and materials.
• Support GDPs and pharma/biotech sales activities.
• Identify new markets and expand segments.
• Determine pricing/discounting to meet profitability goals.
• Demonstrate value through center demonstrations and tradeshows.
• Deliver product training and positioning for nanoparticle area.
