The role partners with marketing, applications, and sales to craft compelling value propositions and market insights. The position requires 2+ years in LNP-type equipment, 3+ years in Product Management, and readiness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with LNP-type equipment in pharma manufacturing.
• 3+ years of Product Management in LNP or similar equipment in manufacturing.
• Experience crafting strategic direction and B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
• Up to 30% travel, domestic and international, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide product management from concept to obsolescence in support of sales and margins.
• Evaluate products and services to position offerings globally.
• Incorporate market trends and VOC into strategy for internal stakeholders.
• Develop VOC research processes with team to validate product requirements.
• Develop value-based messaging with marketing and collateral.
• Support GDPs and pharma/biotech sales activities.
• Identify new market segments to expand portfolio.
• Ensure pricing enables field sales success.
• Demonstrate value at tradeshows and customer meetings.
• Develop and deliver nanoparticle product training and positioning.
