Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and define the strategic direction for one or two product pillars in close partnership with the Product Strategy team. You will align with overarching business objectives and drive measurable outcomes through cross-functional teams.

In this role you will shape product strategy, work with stakeholders across functions, and use data-driven insights to guide decisions, deliver high-impact initiatives, and own lifecycle delivery from strategy through

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher education in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare).
Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Product Management, with healthcare domain experience.
Masters degree preferred in related fields (Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare).

Responsibilities

Own and define the strategic direction for one or two product pillars in close partnership with the Product Strategy team.
Lead and influence stakeholders across functions to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management and supporting functions.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure progress and success.
Own full lifecycle responsibility for product pillar—from strategy through delivery.
