Responsibilities span relationship management, initiatives, and accountability, with full lifecycle ownership and high-impact delivery across cross-organizational teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Product Management.
• Healthcare domain experience.
• Masters in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare (preferred).
• Payment Integrity domain expertise (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Define goals, standards, and execution plans while accounting for constraints and opportunities.
• Drive product strategy formulation and ensure decisions are grounded in data and metrics.
• Own full lifecycle responsibility for a product pillar—from strategy through delivery.
• Present product strategies and issues confidently to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Lead complex negotiations involving conflicting viewpoints or data.
