Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Healthcare.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Product Management.
• Healthcare domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the strategic direction for one or two product pillars with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and influence stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Define goals, standards, and execution plans with clear objectives and metrics.
• Manage one to five direct reports and build cross-functional networks.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and provide SME-level recommendations.
