Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching software products.
• Experience building products for healthcare end-users, ideally serving providers, patients, payers, or healthcare operations teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in user discovery and user research, including conducting interviews, workflow observations, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops with end-users.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and actionable engineering priorities.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and release execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery efforts by engaging directly with end users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize user feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for Engineering teams.
• Partner closely with Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and release management.
• Manage product backlogs and workflows using Jira and other Agile product management tools.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring product functionality meets business and user requirements prior to release.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new product capabilities.
• Maintain a high standard of quality, organization, and attention to detail across all phases of the product lifecycle.
