Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management.
• 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (executive, technical, business).
• Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product enhancements that support clinical care management and business operations.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare clear project updates and communications for stakeholders.
• Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements and issue resolution.
• Assist with planning for new products and operational improvements.
• Support product adoption by documenting requirements and coordinating testing.
