Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Experimentation in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead data-driven experimentation initiatives and partner with Data Scientists to embed advanced testing within the Digital Experimentation Platform.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous measurement, and scalable data products to drive customer growth and business outcomes. You will work primarily from home with the need to be within a drivable distance to the Richfield campus;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in product management with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of experimentation methods (A/B, geo testing, multivariate).

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide cross-functional teams on experiment design and metrics.
• Partner with data scientists to embed advanced testing methodologies.
• Translate statistical requirements into actionable business insights.
• Audit tests for data integrity and identify potential pitfalls.
• Define platform capability requirements and automated reporting dashboards.
